Congrats to my client who recently closed on this spacious and beautiful 1bd condo in Williamsburg!
💡We were first introduced by one of my favorite clients, because this lady was looking to rent.
⚖️After reviewing her timeline and weighing the costs of renting vs buying, she realized she could end up spending the same amount a month on rent as what she would be spending for a mortgage/CC/Taxes.
📍We began in an exploratory phase. To see what was available to her in her budget and if indeed we could find the home she was dreaming of for the price she was comfortable spending.
🤝After a few months of looking we walked into this apartment, and she knew it was the one.
A journey that began with a need to rent unfolded to her owning her first home!
