To say that this deal was one for the books is an understatement! We started this sale back in 2018 working on clearing all pending violations with no help of the "expeditor." Then we had the pleasure of dealing with the DOB who can Literally turn your sale upside down, but we pushed through, to finally Navigating through a pandemic. 🤦🏽‍♀️Literally, if it wasn’t one thing it was another! ⁣
