Jasper Champagne, Realtor Live Your Best Life A native New Yorker, Jasper Champagne is the embodiment of the diverse cultural mecca that is New York City.

As a first-generation Dominican American, he navigated a bicultural and bilingual landscape, speaking only Spanish until the age of 8. Jasper’s outgoing, gregarious nature eventually led him to the New York Film Academy, where he studied acting, production, and improvisation. Afterward, he became a member of SAG/AFTRA and pursued opportunities in film, television, theater, and the comedy stage. In

addition to his artistic endeavors, Jasper worked as a real estate assistant, serving as a trusted point of contact for attorneys and lenders, as well as handling all other back-end operations such as scheduling showings, inspections, and photo/video shoots. While he leaned heavily on his innate ability to connect with people, he also realized that his efforts were making a positive impact in his community by helping people achieve their goal of home ownership. With that, Jasper obtained his real estate license in 2018 and took a giant leap forward into a new and exciting career. Over the past seven years, Jasper amassed an impressive and diverse client list throughout the greater New York area at agencies such as eXp Realty Luxury, RE/MAX, and Houlihan Lawrence. Whether it’s an apartment in Brooklyn, a house in the suburbs of Westchester, or a loft in the competitive Manhattan luxury market, Jasper’s approach to his clients is the same – he understands his clients’ needs, communicates clearly, maintains transparency, utilizes the latest technology, and infuses the experience with humor, levity, and even joy. In essence, he hopes that his charismatic, yet down-to-earth personality can redefine the real estate process for all his buyers, renters, and sellers. Recently, Jasper’s dedication to his profession has been recognized locally, regionally, and nationally. In 2024 he received the EXP Icon Award, becoming one of the youngest solo agents in NY to do so, and was a finalist in the National Association of Realtors 30 under 30. In 2023, he received the Rising Star Award (Five Star Professional), the Top Northeast Regional Latino Award (NAHREP), was named on the A List Top Producers List (AREAA), and was featured in multiple publications. While real estate is a professional venture for Jasper, it is also a personal interest. An investor in himself in New York City real estate, Jasper believes in the strength of the New York City market and encourages others to build wealth through homeownership.

One phone call. That’s all it took. ☎️🏙️

One of my fellow eXp Realty agents flew into New York looking for an apartment. Instead of spending hours trying to figure out who to trust in a new city, she already had someone she could count on.

That’s one of my favorite things about being at eXp.

With agents across all 50 states and 27+ countries, chances are we can connect you with a trusted local professional who already knows the market.

Whether you’re moving from New York to Texas, Florida to California, or even across the world, your eXp agent can connect you with another trusted eXp agent, so you’re not starting from scratch.

Real estate has always been about relationships, and that’s one of the biggest advantages our network gives our clients.

Thinking about making a move? Reach out to your local eXp Realty agent. They’ll help connect you with a trusted eXp professional wherever life takes you. 🌎

What a surreal moment.

I had the opportunity to moderate a panel at the eXp International Conference in Paris, bringing together leaders from eXp’s Resource Groups to talk about building community, creating opportunities, and making a real impact across the globe.

One of my favorite parts? Sharing the stage with incredible panelists I’ve had the chance to meet through eXp conferences in different countries over the past few years. It’s pretty amazing how this business can turn connections from around the world into real friendships and opportunities to collaborate.

Standing on that stage, surrounded by people from so many different countries was one of those moments that reminds me how far I’ve come and how much bigger the vision can become.

I’m incredibly grateful to everyone at eXp who trusted me with the opportunity and to all of the amazing panelists who shared their stories and perspectives.

Still making my way through my camera roll from Paris but this was one memory I couldn’t wait any longer to share. 🇫🇷

Here’s to continuing to learn, connect and help build something bigger than ourselves.

Paris, we’re here! 🇫🇷

What an incredible experience to be attending eXpcon International Paris this week. It’s honestly wild to think that a career selling homes in New York has led me to speaking on a stage in Paris alongside leaders from around the world.

Tomorrow I’ll have the honor of moderating a panel on eXp Resource Groups and I couldn’t be more excited to share the stage with the best real estate experts from all across the global.

One of the things I’m most grateful for is that eXp continues to create opportunities that are so much bigger than real estate. New friendships, new countries, new ideas, and memories I’ll never forget.

If you’re in Paris for eXpcon, come say hi! I’d love to meet you.

À bientôt! ✨

SOLD | $1,300,000

What a way to wrap this one up!

Selling a fully tenant-occupied multifamily property isn’t always easy, but that’s exactly what made this sale so rewarding. With the right strategy, strong marketing, and a lot of teamwork, we generated multiple offers and found the right investor to bring this transaction all the way to the closing table.

A huge congratulations to my sellers! Thank you for trusting me to guide you through the process and for allowing me to be part of such an important milestone. I’m so excited for what’s next!

I also want to give a special thank you to my co-listing agent for trusting me to help guide the sale of your daughter and son-in-law’s property. That kind of trust means the world to me, and I’m incredibly grateful we had the opportunity to work together. Here’s to many more deals!

Thinking about selling your home or investment property? Every property is different, and every seller deserves a strategy built specifically for them. If you’ve been thinking about making a move, let’s connect and put a game plan together.

I’m incredibly grateful to be recognized once again on the NAHREP Top 250 list.

This recognition means a lot to me, not just because of the ranking but because of what it represents.

This year, I came within one transaction of making the Top 250 by sides nationally. A few years ago, that probably would have bothered me. But as I’ve grown in my career, my definition of success has changed. I’ve become much more focused on quality over quantity, building deeper relationships, delivering a better experience and being the kind of advisor my clients can genuinely trust through one of the biggest decisions of their lives.

Seeing my name on this list alongside so many talented professionals is something I never take for granted. Representation matters. When I first entered this industry, I didn’t see many young people who looked like me in these rooms. Today, not only am I fortunate enough to have a seat at the table but I also have the opportunity to help create space for others.

What makes this recognition even more special is seeing so many familiar faces on the list: people I’ve learned from, competed alongside, collaborated with, and admired throughout my career. It’s a reminder that success is never built alone.

This is my third or fourth time being recognized by NAHREP and each time feels just as meaningful as the first.

To my clients, friends, family, referral partners, fellow agents, and everyone who has trusted me along the way… thank you! Your support has helped shape both the career and life I’m fortunate enough to have today.

I’m excited for what’s ahead, committed to continuing to growand grateful for every opportunity to serve.

Here’s to the next chapter!

I recorded this video over a year ago, and somehow it feels even more relevant today.

At the time, I chose not to release it. Not because I didn’t have an opinion, but because I wanted to make sure I was looking at the issue from every angle before speaking publicly about it.

Then I heard Leo Pareja say something at an event in White Plains that, in my opinion, should have been the question at the center of this entire debate:

“How are you going to stand in a courtroom a few years from now, look a jury of 10 people in the eye, and with a straight face tell them that limiting exposure to a property was in the seller’s best interest and that you still got them the highest possible price?”

Because when you strip away all the marketing, branding, and industry talking points, that’s really the question we’re trying to answer.

Maybe there are situations where a private sale makes sense. Every property and seller is different.

But as a broad strategy, I keep coming back to one question:

Where is the evidence that limiting exposure consistently creates a better outcome for consumers?

Most sellers want three things:

• The highest price
• The strongest terms
• The best buyer

And generally speaking, competition helps create those outcomes.

Consumers deserve transparency. Buyers deserve access. Sellers deserve exposure.

Am I missing something? I’d genuinely love to hear the other side.

SOLD | 180 Taxter Road, Irvington, NY

Some transactions teach you. Some transactions test you. This one did both.

To say this sale was straightforward would be a complete lie.

This property had been on and off the market for years with different agents before I got involved. From day one, it came with challenges that most agents may never encounter in their careers. Tax liens, bank negotiations, short sale discussions, payoff negotiations, state-related issues, constant changes, and enough plot twists to make an episode of Euphoria feel predictable.

But here’s the thing: every challenge became an opportunity to learn.

After years on the market prior to my involvement, we were able to get the property into contract in less than 60 days. Along the way, I had the opportunity to sharpen skills that no textbook, training class, or YouTube video can truly teach. There were moments where I’d explain what was happening to other agents and get the same look you’d give someone who just told you they saw a UFO.

This transaction reminded me that real estate isn’t always about beautiful kitchens, perfect staging, and open houses. Sometimes it’s about solving problems, navigating complicated situations, staying calm under pressure, and finding a path forward when nobody else can see one.

I’m incredibly grateful to my seller for trusting me throughout the process and allowing me to guide them through one of the more complex transactions I’ve ever handled.

A huge thank you as well to the buyers and their agent. They showed patience, professionalism, and determination through every hurdle that came our way. It truly took everyone working together to get this one across the finish line.

This was one of the biggest learning experiences of my career, and I’m thankful for it. Every transaction teaches us something, and this one taught me more than most.

Now, if the next lesson could involve a little less drama, I certainly wouldn’t complain.
