I recently had the opportunity to represent the nicest couple looking for a second home in NYC. This was their first purchase in NY and they were looking for a turnkey apartment in a central location. We came across this beautiful 2 bedroom that was impeccably renovated on Central Park South with Central Park views. We were able to get all of the furniture and electronics included in the sale which saved my clients tons of money and time furnishing a second home. All they had to bring was their clothes and a toothbrush. Congrats to my buyers on their stunning home. So thankful to have worked with such a nice couple.

Relocating from San Diego to New York City was no small feat, with many moving parts—including selling their home in SD, getting to know the neighborhoods, and navigating the competitive NYC market. We had the pleasure of helping this owner sell their second home that they had owned for over 15 years. With tenants in place at the time we listed, it was a struggle to sell the apartment and we had a deal that had fallen through. Once the tenant vacated we enlisted our trusted partners to stage this apartment, which allowed us to rebrand and relaunch the listing. Within the first week we ended up with multiple cash offers and successfully sold the apartment for $50,000 over the asking price and $75,000 over our prior deal. The investment in staging doubled its return. This was the perfect example of the power of good staging and targeted marketing. Grateful to have been given the opportunity to help my long time client and friend.

Just Sold and in contract in only 12 days! This was my second sale at 10 East End Avenue! We secured two all cash offers within the first week of showing the home. I worked with the seller to declutter, stage and make some minor cosmetic upgrades. Very excited for the sellers who are moving on to a much larger apartment and excited for the new buyers who will love living in this fantastic building. Thankful for every opportunity given to me to work with incredibly kind people.

So excited for my lovely buyers who are in contract but also just got board approval today! I met them back in the spring and they asked me if I’d represent them to purchase an apartment. It was their first coop purchase and they were anxious about the process and wanted someone working on their side. We toured a few different areas, made offers on a few different properties and fortunately ended up in Flatiron, one of my favorite locations in Manhattan. So excited for my buyers on their very first home together!

IN CONTRACT in 12 days! It went so fast, I didn’t even get to promote it. This lovely couple reached out to me after they had seen my success selling one of the largest units in the building and seeing my market updates over the last 2 years. The wife, a marketing executive said, “I’ve been receiving your information for the last two years and I was really impressed with you and how you communicate to your audience, you come across as an expert, so we decided to give you a call”. Fast forward, I helped their family find a much larger home in the city and we began to prep their apartment for sale. With a thorough decluttering, minor cosmetic changes at my discretion and beautiful photography we received two offers in less than a week and were in contract within 12 days. Not only did I love prepping this home for sale but I loved working with this sweet and appreciative couple.

Another 5 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ review from my first time buyer! She reached out to me after she met me when she rented a property I represented on the landlord side and wanted help and guidance on her first purchase in the city. She said she had met and talked to different agents who ultimately didn’t seem very knowledgeable or helpful and she didn’t think she could trust and asked if I would represent her. We found a beautiful home in a great location and I am so excited for her. Very thankful to work with clients who I like and who appreciate my hard work.
