We’re excited to welcome Caroline Cohen to the team as Director of Operations. Originally from Santa Barbara, Caroline brings a dynamic background shaped by her time on Vancouver Island, where she balanced academics with competitive hockey, and later in London, where she earned her Law LLB from City, University of London while gaining early experience in office leasing and property management.

Her career continued in Orange County, where she joined a commercial real estate brokerage specializing in retail leasing across Southern California. There, she obtained her California real estate license and strengthened her expertise in leasing, operations, and client relations. Now based in New York City, Caroline has been working in operations since May and brings a sharp, strategic approach to everything she does.

Caroline is thrilled to join Nadia Bartolucci and the team at Douglas Elliman, and we’re equally excited to have her on board as we continue to grow. Join us in welcoming Caroline to the team and stay tuned for what’s ahead.
