Street criminals along with their growing number of many crimes, can be stopped if & when: 1) NYPD resumes WALKING THE BEAT ie 2-police officers (no longer in cars) with specific 8-hour street responsibility, getting to be known by neighbors & shopkeepers. 2) TECH “STOP & SEARCH” ie E-wanding (not touching) to discover illegal, unlicensed weapons. And 3) HIRE, REFUND & RETRAIN bigger NYPD.

Supreme Court did NOT opine about “Abortions”!!! Their job was, is & shall remain, is to decide if the subject of a court case before them is CONSTITUTIONAL..or not!
