😮‍💨✅Sold & Closed! This one was tricky for NO reason….

The stunner of a condo on the border of Bed-Stuy and Crown Heights was this beautiful 2BR 2BA ~1,000 sqft condo. Massive for its price, extremely well done in terms of most new construction, AND a resale (to avoid all those other extra closing fees from new-dev), it was a good home and a worthwhile investment.

Showing with tenants in place can be very delicate to maneuver and definitely added additional challenges around our timing here.. Coordinating can be very stressful, as no one loves stopping their life on the weekend to have people peeping through their space with the understanding that they will need to leave it soon.
🤷🏿‍♂️🙏🏿🧹

That is why it was so important and key for this transaction that and I navigated our conversations with them very intentionally throughout the listing process, and as a result, ultimately found the perfect fit of a buyer for the space to call their own!

🚨📣New Year! New Team! New Home! ..Aaand new rules for New York?! 🎆🏠🤷🏿‍♂️

It’s the last day of January, so I’ll say it one last time for ya: Happy New Year!

’25 was filled with soooo much… Some of it worked, and some didn’t. All of it led me to where I am today: smarter about buildings, better with the transaction process, and going into year 8 still helping as many people as ever get established and build wealth here in ! (Including myself!)

(And tbh, all of everything is happening so fast and scares the s**t out of me, but that’s supposed to be a good thing… right?!)😵‍💫

And New York City is feeling all that same energy; yet its resilience in transaction numbers, and the people’s desire to move forward, you could say that we are all stronger as a city ‘collectively.’ But it also needs work. (Don’t we all?) AND Yes. NYC is going to continue to evolve as the new Mayor settles in, but no NEW policy has yet mattered up to this point…

NYC is and has already been activated; freezing, yes that too, but still evolving with new opportunities like it’s always been known for, and I’m at least convinced, charged with dedication towards some greater way forward.

So yeah. I’m with the adage: “Never bet against NYC,” and Kelly and I have aligned to make sure we get our stories (which is really a collective of our clients’ stories, personal accounts, etc) out on the table to continue guiding as many people as possible towards their elevated experience in real estate!
