Having bought his first property at the young age of 20 and several thereafter, Kaivan understands the complexity and stress associated with buying and selling a home. He has been a beacon of knowledge, and pairs his meticulous attention to detail and his strong sense of integrity with his warm and caring personality. Kaivan treats his clients respectfully and really listens to what they want, while doing everything in his power to satisfy their needs. In his spare time, Kaivan is an active member of NAGLREP, the national association of LGBT real estate professionals, and W.I.S.H, a nonprofit charity that Kaivan co-founded to assist the underserved West Indian community.
