💰 Salary: $120,000 – $130,000
Key Responsibilities:
-Tenant relations & property operations
-Financial management & reporting
-Vendor and contract oversight
-Team leadership & operations management
-Use of systems: Yardi, Avid, Monday.com, Kardin, Angus
•Strong experience in budgeting, financial reporting & accounting
•Advanced Excel skills
•Knowledge of operating expense recoveries & variance analysis
•Ability to present financials to senior leadership
•Understanding of commercial building systems & NYC Local Laws
•Strong communication & leadership skills
