Yesterday, we along with Foster + Partners, Tokyu Land Corporation, and BentallGreenOak celebrated the grand opening of 425 Park Avenue. With our partners, we have built the unbuildable and added a jewel to the Manhattan skyline. Thank you to all involved in this incredible project!

We are thrilled to partner with world-renowned chef and restaurateur Jean-Georges Vongerichten to conceive and operate the 14,000-square-foot, bi-level restaurant at the base of 425 Park Avenue office tower in the heart of Manhattan’s fabled Plaza District.

Located at the northeast corner of Park Avenue and 56th Street, the new concept from Jean-Georges will be designed by Lord Norman Foster and feature 25-foot ceiling heights. The restaurant will include a main mezzanine dining level with a dramatic 1,000-square-foot show kitchen and a cocktail lounge with a 45-foot high ceiling and a 24 foot painting by celebrated artist Larry Poons. There will also be a private dining room with a dedicated kitchen at street level, and the food & beverage operations will be supported by an in-house bakery and expansive cocktail and wine programs.

Chainalysis Trades Up to Four-Floor Lease at 114 Fifth Avenue.

L&L Holding Company completed a multi-floor lease conversion, extension and expansion with blockchain data platform Chainalysis at 114 Fifth Ave. in the Flatiron District. The tenant will expand into 77,608 square feet across four floors.

Chainalysis will expand from a two-floor sublease into four floors at 114 Fifth Avenue in the Flatiron District.

Blackstone Real Estate Debt Strategies (BREDS) has spearheaded a $911.4 million debt package on L&L Holding Company’s 47-story Midtown office tower at 425 Park Avenue, L&L announced on Monday.

The financing will allow L&L to retire existing construction debt, complete any remaining work and then lease up and stabilize the 670,000-square-foot property.
