We appreciate the goal of the NYC Mayor's Office to combat the rodent problem, but we don't believe the new rules will help the problem in any meaningful way. At the same time, the new rules will significantly disrupt the lives of the hard working men and women who service residential buildings. The logistics are especially difficult for small and mid-sized buildings. The operators and managers of these buildings should be consulted to come up with a plan that works.
