Samantha is a native of Westchester, New York and has lived in New York City for almost 18 years. She changed career paths in the late 90’s from dancing with the Joffrey Ballet to begin her Real Estate career in NYC where she soared as Director of Residential Sales for a Boutique firm in Soho, specializing in Tribeca, Soho and Nolita. Then on to join Prudential Douglas Elliman in 2002 with most respected teams in the company, where she expanded her knowledge to the rest of New York, including Brooklyn, where she now resides. Samantha entered into the world of New Development in 2005 taking on the role of Sales Manager and Project Manager on her first Development, where she gained the tools and experience to handle any development project from inception to completion. Samantha continued from there to manage the sales for one Downtown Brooklyn Pioneer Condominiums to hit the market.
