To commemorate , we're putting the spotlight on Pavarini McGovern and their instrumental role in crafting The Standard! This architectural marvel features a composite steel frame, complemented by a cast-in-place concrete core, imposing super columns, and expansive beams gracefully spanning the High Line.

Built upon a robust pile-supported mat foundation, the structure showcases concrete shear walls that ascend from the basement to the penthouse level. It encompasses a sprawling 205,000 sq. ft., offering 337 luxurious bedrooms, three levels of versatile back-of-house areas, meeting spaces, and inviting public access areas, all complemented by a well-appointed basement level. 🌆

Congratulations to Elizabeth Crowley, President and CEO of BTEA New York, for her recognition as one of City and State’s 2023 Real Estate Power 100!

Crowley was selected to succeed the retiring Louis Coletti at the helm of the influential Building Trades Employers Association. The first woman to lead the BTEA, Crowley has a full plate ahead of her, with her top priorities being diversifying the construction industry and climate-friendly construction.
