We went looking for an apartment in Manhattan and ended up in a house in Astoria. I’d call that a pretty good outcome. 🏡⁣

After a lot of searching, my buyers realized what mattered most wasn’t the ZIP code—it was finding the right home.⁣

More space, outdoor space, no upstairs neighbors, no downstairs neighbors, and a place that’s truly their own.⁣

Couldn’t be happier for them. Big move, great house, and well worth the search. 🔑
