If you are working closely with the developers themselves – and perhaps even the construction team, you have the benefit of adding your voice into the mix. Chances are, if you have worked together before on a successful new dev launch, they already trust your expertise and value your feedback! You can then have your hand in everything from layouts to finishes to marketing. Working closely with everyone involved ensures a cohesive narrative from inception to sale.

New development launches are also a little bit tricky (albeit they can also be super fun!) You are working with a unit mix so that means you have more creativity with aspects like staging. How you stage a one bedroom is going to be completely different than how you would array a two or three bedroom. Afterall, these units are catering to completely different demographics. And as we have said before – getting it right is the key to getting your price!

I remember walking down the hall toward the draping studio at the University of Texas when I learned that there had been an attack on US soil.
The city that would one day be my home was forever affected. Never again would the sky line include those twin towers. I remember crying as we watched the coverage in the tv.
I remember the feeling of unease. The country that I grew up in would never be the same. I remember feeling multiple kinds of fear. First because we had been attacked but soon after realizing that because of my last name and my fathers birthplace some people considered us the enemy. I remember fear as ignorant people began beating Sikhs and bombing Nation of Islam temples. I remember the days before. I will never forget this day that so many people lost their life nor the hate that came after.
