Urban Furnished Group looking for a Reservations Agent that will be part of a Reservations Department for NYC furnished extended stay apartments.
You will be responsible for assisting your fellow Reservation Agents maintain optimum levels of production resulting in optimum occupancy in addition to dealing customers in making bookings, modifying bookings, cancelling bookings, etc. Additional responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, working on all the corporate & group sales and reservations process.
Other Required Qualifications
A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment
Refined verbal and written communication skills
Must have extensive experience with customer service.
Hospitality Reservations experience preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour plus bonus.
