1. Are you pre-qualified for a mortgage?
If not, I have just the right person to recommend to you!

2. What are your must-haves?
"I have to have a view of the river or the park"
"I like quiet and I want to face the courtyard"
"After living with only 2.5 bathrooms, I simply must have 3 now"

3. Are you willing to explore a different neighborhood to find your dream home at a better price?

4. What value does a broker bring?
How much experience do they have? Have they sold in this area before? Do they have connections to designers, contractors, and/or inspectors who can help me determine what additional costs I should expect?

5. Plan for a successful purchase and possible resale.
Think about how long you'll expect to live in your new home. That will help determine expectations in terms of any planned upgrades, especially for resale

Wishing everyone a reflective and meaningful Memorial Day weekend.

My bittersweet moment at 100 UN Plaza. Contract is signed and we're preparing to transfer ownership to the happy buyer. I'm starting to remove the staging items that helped sell the apartment for a price that made my sellers very happy.

Now onto selling 160 Central Park South, Unit 915 (aka David Bowie's former home at the Essex House). Click the link in bio for more info.

When I got the listing for 100 United Nations Plaza , the apartment had completely gone to seed. The sellers had no budget to make any fixes. I took on decorating myself: zhuzhing up the place through flea market and Homesense finds, coordinating with the sellers and building staff to make it functional, and repurposing items from the sellers' estate.

Was it hectic? Yes. Was it stressful? Sometimes. Was it worth it? Well...we're in contract and the sellers and delighted with the results 😎

Taylor Swift is influencing real estate policy. Not just playlist trends or ticket sales—but the way cities define luxury, the design choices high-net-worth buyers make, and even the proposed taxes on second homes.

They’re calling it Swiftonomics—and it’s increasingly real in New York City:

In my latest piece, I explore how Swiftonomics reveals something deeper about Manhattan’s evolving luxury market: Prestige is no longer just about the address—it’s about the story behind it.

As part of Sotheby’s International Realty, I’m fortunate to witness these shifts up close—where global culture, lifestyle branding, and market forces converge to reshape what defines true luxury.
