Where do your gutters and downspouts lead to? At this 1 story Colonial home in Throggs Neck, The Bronx, These downspouts are missing or empty directly onto a concrete porch. The dark spots on the concrete are evidence of water pooling which will lead to water infiltration and eventually rot. @ Throggs Neck
