The cat is out of the bag! This time the move was mine 🧜‍♀️

After just shy of 12 years with Corcoran that I’ll always cherish, I have made the move to SERHANT. I am beyond excited for this amazing opportunity to work alongside the one and only super-broker ! Remember the high vacancies and insane discounts brought by Covid? Those are gone, long gone! Remember the headlines that NYC was dead? Take that, naysayers!

One out of every 5 rentals in NYC went to a bidding war! You read that right: RENTAL BIDDING WARS 🤯🤯🤯

With record low rental inventory of 1.32%, there’s bound to be competition - there is a great article in on strategies to win out a rental bidding war. So here is my take on rental commissions.

I’ve sold hundreds of homes, but rarely have I seen SUCH a good deal 🤩🤩🤩

My lovely client (personally referred by another favorite client 🥰) secured this SWEEEET deal in leafy Midwood for only $250,000! When one door closes, another one opens.. or in my case- one listing closed, another one just came up! As I finished the walk-through at the Yard condominium, I walked around the corner to see my new listing at the Powerhouse condo, literally around the corner!
