Serena has over 15 years working in customer service and operations. She worked in the Manufacturing and Textile industry for 11 years, where she managed the day to day operations of a fashion conglomerate, as Office Manager, while also supporting the Marketing, Sales and Public Relations departments. She then moved into to the Not for Profit space as an Office/Facilities Manager. Those years help
ed her develop her keen sense for detail and taught her how to give exceptional service to her clients. During this period, she became interested in real estate sales and marketing, and obtained her real estate license. As a long time Brooklyn resident, Serena knows the local market and its various neighborhoods. Her past work experience taught her how to listen to her client’s needs, create a plan, and then execute that plan to bring the results her customers expected. Her work paid off and she now has a strong track record of negotiating great deals and making satisfying her customers her number one priority. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling the world with her family, cooking, and working out.
