Manhattan’s luxury market continues to show resilience. Last week, 34 contracts were signed at $4M+, outpacing the same period in 2023, 2024, and 2025 — another signal that demand remains active at the high end.
Downtown claimed the top two deals of the week and continues to lead year-to-date, outselling the Upper East Side 230 to 162, with the Upper West Side also showing strength. Condos remained the dominant product type, outselling co-ops 21 to 8.
Even with slightly fewer contracts week-over-week, the broader story is continued momentum — particularly in prime Downtown product.
