I recently visited the NBC 100th Anniversary exhibit at the Paley Museum and it is worth checking out. There are some terrific artifacts and character costumes, including Steve Martin and Dan Aykroyd’s “Festrunk Brothers”, SNL’s “Wild and Crazy Guys!”

My colorful television career began as an NBC Page in 1975. I later moved to WNBC-TV’s Advertising & Promotion Department, where I produced promos through 1983. In the mid-1990’s, I returned to NBC in Burbank to produce promos for “NBC 2000,” the groundbreaking scheduling format that was soon copied by the other major networks.

My years at NBC are among the highlights of my television career, and I am proud to have gotten my start at The Peacock.
