In the end the house sold for close to our List Price. Ted guided us through several offers. We finalized our sale with an excellent buyer. I highly recommend Ted Williams to any Seller. “Needing to sell our aunt’s home, so she could be closer to us. I placed a call to Safari Realty slightly over a year ago. Their office is just down the street from my Aunt’s home. We agreed to a date to meet on Quinlan Ave. and have Ted tour the house. A meeting I expected to last thirty minutes ended up being three hours. We talked business, life and expectations, all while voiding the house of clutter and memories. Ted listened to the stories and we listened to Ted’s suggestions. Emails and phone calls over the next week gave us a great deal of information and a listing was signed. We didn’t just list with Ted, we signed on to the “Williams’ Network” that includes inspectors, lawyers and even exterminators. Call up, say “Ted told me to call” and the service is as good as done. My first thought was “Why” as a question? No. It was a statement; I was already talking with the Best.
Ted Williams earned our trust and respect this past year working as our agent. With multiple emails and some phone calls since the closing last week, I still haven’t said good-bye since that first call. And I never did call another agent.”
