A nice comeback to triathlon after a long hiatus. A very choppy, rough water at the start and headwind throughout on the bike but a picture perfect run to the finish. I opted out of the swim and only did Bike/Run race (a new category this year) after seeing white caps on the bay. A big surprise to the podium finish in my category to top off the morning at in gorgeous
