Back from vacation and shouting from the rooftops: "I'm here to stay!"
The key is teamwork. You might have heard that this is an uncertain moment for Real Estate brokers. A lawsuit against the NAR has fundamentally changed the way we do business, and the brightest minds in the industry are predicting that the new challenges will winnow the field, forcing under-producing agents out and rewarding the efficient. It's a Darwinism moment, and I have to confess as a newer agent, it's scary.
Fortunately, I'm not going it alone. I've teamed up with the extremely experienced on a forthcoming listing (two floors below where we are standing here!) and we have a lot more coming. Together with our mentor (you might have seen her lately on ) the commercial real estate trailblazer and the , we are poised to have an amazing fall season.
