POV : The listing agent and the buyer agent had similar ideas for closing gifts
After years of searching, I had the pleasure of meeting the Moughals and we found the perfect home on the third showing! Not only did we win acceptance over another buyer through scheduling a speedy inspection, I was still able to negotiate the price for my buyers ! Through patience of waiting for the seller to move from her well-taken care of home to the buyers making it their new family home with equity built in - closing day was filled with emotions, passing down of keys, and of course - closings gifts !
Fun Fact: It was such a nostalgic moment for me as well, as I had sat in the same lawyers office four years ago as a first time buyer with my mom, and now I have the pleasure of helping other first time buyers with their dream !
