And so so many said "NYC was "dead" Well I dont think so and the numbers do not lie . Yes we are going through tough times but we did also in 1977, and the early 80s and we came back stronger!
Now I am starting to hear buyers complaining that they are losing out and getting outbid and losing properties again .... Don't let that happen to you.
