I hope all are staying safe and healthy out there. We all await the reopening of NYC real estate in the next couple of weeks. No one is sure what we will be faced with, but all are hopeful that signs of getting back to a "new normal" are afoot.

Work is complete on 99 Morningside Avenue, an 11-story, 23-unit residential project by Aufgang Architects and developed by Azimuth Group in Harlem.

Now that real estate has taken a hiatus due to Covid-19, I have begun using my sewing skills and left over fabrics to create non surgical masks for health workers, seniors and anyone in need. Doing a little winter exploration of Cape Cod and Plymouth, MA! Really interesting part of the early history of this country! The Park Ranger/docent was amazing and brought the history of “the rock” to life!! Definitely will come back when it is warmer!

In honor of African American History month, the NY Chapter of the DAR hosted the amazing historian, Rick Murphy. He is so interesting and talked about the fact that every African American descends from the 360,000 Africans who were brought to America originally.
