Tammeisha D. Smith is an accomplished insurance executive, healthcare advocate, and community leader with more than three decades of experience in the insurance industry. She serves as Vice President of Business Development at Foundation Risk Partners, where she advises public- and private-sector organizations on employee benefits, commercial insurance, and risk-management strategies.

Her passion project is the Dunbar Center for Kidney Dialysis and Wellness, a community-centered initiative she founded to expand access to compassionate, comprehensive dialysis care and holistic wellness services in traditionally underserved communities. As President and CEO, Ms. Smith is building the Dunbar Center as both a health institution and a piece of community infrastructure — work that sits squarely at the intersection of capital, care, and place.

Ms. Smith's dedication to community health extends to her service on the boards of St. Luke's University Health Network, Star Community Health, and the Family Healing Center. She also holds a gubernatorial appointment to the New Jersey Department of Health's Office of Minority and Multicultural Health.

Project REAP presents the 2026 Excellence in Leadership Award to London Kemp Boykin at REAP on the Vineyard this Wednesday, August 5, in Oak Bluffs.

London Kemp Boykin serves as Director of Global Realty Sustainable Development & North America Real Estate at Amazon, where she leads an organization spanning sustainability and renewable energy, building design and engineering, strategy, and cost optimization across the Amazon Global Fulfillment Network. Her expanded remit brings sustainable design standards to the front end of the North America real estate lifecycle, from site selection through delivery.

Kemp Boykin began her career in commercial litigation at White & Case, LLP, before moving in-house to manage multi-billion-dollar real estate portfolios for Walmart, NBC, Netflix, and Amazon. Her expertise spans retail, restaurant-retail, distribution, data centers, studios, and offices. She holds a dual Bachelor’s in Political Science and Comparative Women’s Studies from Spelman College and a J.D. from USC Gould School of Law.

A recognized force in commercial real estate, Kemp Boykin was named one of GlobeSt.com’s 2025 Influencers in Industrial Real Estate, named to Commercial Observer’s Power LA list (2021–2023), and honored for Outstanding Excellence & Influence in LA Commercial Real Estate (2020). She serves as Vice Chair of the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce Board and is a governing trustee of the Urban Land Institute.

Kemp Boykin’s connection to Project REAP runs deep. A proud REAP alumna, she returned as a member of its Board of Directors and now serves on the steering committee for 3P: Pro Players Property, REAP’s initiative creating pathways for pro athletes into commercial real estate ownership.

What distinguishes her leadership is not only the scale of the portfolio she stewards, but her insistence on building teams and standards that outlast any single project. She has led global teams across continents and consistently opened doors for the next generation entering the industry. Project REAP is honored to present the 2026 Bridge Builder Award to Troy Vincent, Sr. at REAP on the Vineyard this Wednesday, August 5, in Oak Bluffs, Martha’s Vineyard.

Troy Vincent, Sr. serves as Executive Vice President of Football Operations for the National Football League, where he oversees key areas including business strategy and development, game operations, officiating, policy and compliance, player engagement, and football communications. His work spans every level of the game, from youth football to NFL Legends, while helping shape the future of the sport both domestically and internationally.

A recognized leader on and off the field, Vincent’s career reflects a commitment to developing people, creating opportunity, and building pathways for long-term success. Before joining the NFL’s executive ranks, he enjoyed a distinguished 15-year playing career, earning five Pro Bowl selections, three All-Pro honors, and induction into multiple halls of fame, including the College Football Hall of Fame. He later served as President of the NFL Players Association, where he played a key role in labor negotiations and advancing player interests.

Beyond football, Vincent has dedicated his life to mentorship, leadership development, and community impact. Alongside his wife, Tommi, he champions initiatives focused on education, violence prevention, youth development, and humanitarian service. Through the Love Thy Neighbor Foundation and numerous national boards and commissions, he continues to advocate for stronger communities and expanded opportunities for future generations.

Widely regarded as one of the most influential leaders in sports, Vincent has received numerous honors for public service, leadership, and humanitarian achievement. His work continues to inspire athletes, executives, and emerging leaders to pursue excellence, create opportunity, and leave a lasting legacy.

This is Jeremiah Chaves’ last week with us. Eight weeks ago, a Roxbury native and Bucknell finance student joined Project REAP as our Strategy and Finance Intern, through our partnership with The Upward Project. He spent the summer inside the operations of a national organization — working in the same Boston Financial District office as our executive director, Taneshia Nash Laird, conducting research and creating reports for the entire team — and he’s leaving with an industry on his radar that wasn’t there in June.

In his own words: “Hello! I’m Jeremiah, a Finance student at Bucknell University originally from Boston. My path to higher education was paved by the support of community organizations, an experience that sparked my fascination with how nonprofits function behind the scenes.

I realized early on that for a program to succeed, it needs more than just a good mission; it needs sound financial strategy and resource management. This is where my interests connect: I am driven to help mission-focused organizations use their financial resources effectively to serve the people who rely on them most.

This summer, I served as a Strategy and Finance Intern with Project REAP, gaining my first real exposure to commercial real estate. Before this summer, commercial real estate wasn’t even on my radar. After Project REAP, I’m ready to dive in, build connections, and keep growing my knowledge of the industry.

As a first-generation student, I am focused on the ‘how’ behind social mobility. I am currently developing my skills in financial analysis, strategic decision-making, and communication to bridge the gap between financial stability and community empowerment. I’m eager to connect with professionals who believe in using data and strategy to build more equitable communities.”

REAP is the oldest career accelerator in commercial real estate for underrepresented professionals. 2,000+ alumni nationwide.

No prior CRE experience is necessary. Whether you’re looking to move into commercial real estate or advance in it, this is where that starts.

Classes are virtual, with alumni groups in ten cities coast to coast.
