AscendAmerica works exclusively with developers who have a demonstrated track record of completing large scale, complex development projects on time and on budget. Developers must have significant equity investment in their projects. Additionally, our structure releases EB-5 funds only once the majority of the construction risk has already passed. AscendAmerica EB-5 financing consistently accounts for less than 10% of overall project cost which limits the risk of default since the developer has more to lose than the investors. Further, by employing large job creation buffers (> 250%) the risk of failure to reach job creation goal is mitigated. AscendAmerica’s EB-5 structure includes actionable and attainable exit strategies to mitigate risk of capital loss to the investor.
