Elise Flangos has accumulated over 18 years of business experience, including global retail architecture design and consultancy. Her ultimate goal is to provide clients with the guidance, current research and market analysis which support their decision-making in any given market condition. Having represented buyers and sellers in high-end residential sales and rentals, along with commercial and retail leasing, Elise has a strong history in sales and investment properties. Kelly Wang brings a lifetime of international experience and education to Compass and The Edward Hickey Team. Born in China to a family of real estate developers, Kelly attended high school in Australia. She moved to New York City four years ago to study Economics and Politics and just recently graduated with honors from New York University. During Passover and Easter Week, 31 Contracts were signed, including 105-107 Bank Street, asking $75,000,000 in one of the most expensive deals ever recorded Downtown.
The #2 deal is the 21st Floor in the Flatiron Building (175 5th Avenue) asking $58,500,000.

For the third consecutive year, Compass is the #1 brokerage in New York City for both volume and closed transactions according to The Real Deal.

In Manhattan, we are ranked #1 for transaction count for the fourth year in a row and, for the first time, #1 in sales volume.

In Brooklyn, we’ve maintained our #1 position in both transaction count and sales volume for the fourth consecutive year.

And for the first time, Compass has achieved a top-three ranking in Queens, coming in at #3.
