Sooooooo, THIS happened...took a buyer (member of a church board) to tour a building the church is hoping to purchase. Building used to be a freemason lodge & has no electricity. Got to the basement, flashlights blaring, and encounters this ^^buyer freaks the heck out & started a prayer fest instantaneously "the blood of Jesus. I rebuke you..." Now we're being asked to remove the coffin before the pastor comes to approve the purchase.
