I truly love being at the closing table with my buyers...it’s the culmination of our journey together and the start of an exciting new chapter.

Today’s closing feels especially meaningful. My clients first reached out two years ago to begin their search, but due to a family illness, everything was put on pause. This past fall, we picked right back up - touring many apartments until we found the one.

In a competitive bidding war, we were able to secure this beautiful condo, and having successfully navigated a similar situation in the building before, I knew exactly what it would take to get it done.
