THE CRUM MISSION
CRUM was founded in 2009 as Crum & Associates in Long Beach, California. Then, in 2013 CRUM Real Estate was established and operates out of Midtown Manhattan in New York City. CRUM is equipped with a team of client centrist professionals that are fluent in over 20 languages, representing more than 14 countries around the world. Our mission is clear, that is to help buyers or investors to find their ideal properties in New York, Los Angeles, or Florida. We understand that real estate markets have low inventory and are highly competitive. With that understanding we can help our clients with ease and success. Our goal is to create resources to help our international and domestic clients make informed real estate decisions.
