Josue has been living in New York City for the past 22 years, making a mark for himself in the real estate industry from the start. When he began his career in real estate in 1993, Edwin totaled $5 million as a residential real estate broker within his first year. In addition to his sales experience, Edwin has managed eight buildings for City Living/American Landmark, most notably the pre-war Bing
and Bing buildings on East 73rd Street. He continued to hone his real estate skills under the mentorship of Ms. Adrienne Albert, the president of the Marketing Directors, a residential sales marketing firm.
