RockFarmer Properties is pleased to unveil the recently completed renovation of The Heritage Tower (82-11 37th Avenue), a nine-story, 135,000-square-foot mixed-use office building located in prime Jackson Heights, Queens.

Renovations included a complete upgrade of the building’s common areas, lobby and three-story atrium; the installation of new elevator cabs and mechanicals; and the addition of turn-key incubator spaces for small businesses and entrepreneurs on the lower level. Designed by Tersigni Palachek, the newly renovated lobby features imported large format Italian tiling, a new security desk and state of the art design elements including LED lighting and digital displays.

In addition, RockFarmer Properties has upgraded the connectivity at Heritage Tower—a must-have for today’s high-speed medical, creative and professional services tenants—achieving the building a Wired Certified Gold rating from WiredScore.
