The Corcoran Group summary of Brooklyn condo and co-op sales
🌳100 contracts were reported signed last week, up 27% versus the previous week but down 12% compared to last year.
🌳This was only the fifth time that sales reached 100 or more since June 2022.
🌳 While the number of condo sales was relatively unchanged week-over-week, co-op contract activity jumped 74%.
🌳 bThe $500K to $750K and $750K to $1M ranges were the only price segments with annual increases in reported contracts signed, up 8% and 9%, respectively.
🌳 Kensington/Windsor Terrace/Greenwood Heights/Ditmas Park/Flatbush/Prospect Park South had the largest annual increase in contracts signed, up 30% because of a jump in Ditmas Park transactions.
🌳 The most expensive sale of the week was residence 6H at The Clock Tower in Dumbo, a four-bedroom loft with 11' ceilings.
