Our Operating Procedures are as follows:
1. Prospective clients must show a valid government issued ID prior to providing any real estate services.
2. An exclusive Broker agreement will be required to market a property for sale in NYS. Prospective buyers shall not be required to sign a brokers agreement.
3. Proof of Funds either through an approved loan, cash or other means, shall be required when presenting an offer on a property.
