Ten years ago, I joined Compass with a goal of building a business rooted in relationships, trust, and helping people navigate some of life’s biggest decisions.

Today, as I celebrate my 10-year anniversary at Compass, I’m incredibly honored to share that The Modern Solutions Team has been recognized by RealTrends as the #1 Mid-Size Team by Sales Volume and included among the Top 1.5% of Real Estate Professionals in the United States.

While awards and rankings are meaningful, what matters most to me is the people behind them.

To my clients: thank you for trusting me with your homes, your investments, your referrals, and your families. Whether you bought your first apartment, sold a longtime home, upgraded, downsized, or simply sought advice, I am grateful to have been part of your journey.

To my teammates: thank you for your dedication, professionalism, collaboration, and friendship. This recognition is a reflection of the incredible work we do together every day.
