This year's GCRE annual Gala, Cocktails for a Cause, raised an unprecedented $140,000 for Mollies Fund, a research and awareness foundation focused on curing Skin Cancer.

MRA continues its growth in the industrial market by raising a $50 million equity fund to invest in high quality Long Island warehouse, distribution and manufacturing assets with high ceilings, ample loading and truck parking. 5 Inez Drive in Bayshore, NY is the first of several assets to be acquired over the next 12 months. The JV acquired a single-story industrial asset in Bayshore, Long Island.
