Youngouk Yang is a worldwide traveler; she has lived in Korea, Germany, London, Stockholm and New York. She speaks five languages: fluent Korean, English, German, Chinese and French at a conversational level. She specializes in residential and commercial sale and rental, investment property, relocation and referrals. Over 90% of her clients are repeat customers or from referrals. Youngouk’s experience makes her the ideal guide through the complexities of buying and selling real estate. She loves helping people find their ideal home. In Korea, Youngouk graduated from Ewha Woman's University majoring in Political Science and Diplomatic Relations. She acquired her MA in University of Regensburg in Bayern, Germany. During her stay, she witnessed the Collapse of Berlin Wall and the Reunification of Germany. Youngouk has worked as a Sales Manager in the new home subdivision of Beverly Hills, one of the most exclusive residential sites from 2000 to 2004 in Dutchess County. Prior to Germany, she worked as an English and French translator in an art gallery in Seoul, aiding the procurement and exhibition of Masterpieces of Art, including works by Rembrandt, Rodin and Renoir. In her spare time, Youngouk throws homemade-dumpling parties with her friends. She likes to paint, fish, garden, and go on cultural outings to operas, musicals and Bolshoi Ballets. She collects antique maps and globes through antique fairs. Youngouk likes to walk with her dog, a German Shepherd, along the Hudson River.
