Now this studio broke the mole when it was created. It use to be a church in Fort Greene. It is now an apartment building. I guarantee this will change a lot of peoples view of a studio. The price tag $2995.

Now I'm the first to admit coming from DC to New York is expensive. And this apartment is expensive to people outside of New York, but this apartment at least makes you feel like your getting something, look at the pictures. Look at this description:

Lease is signed, deal is done no stress. Some tenants say agents don't do anything but take you to go see the space. This is so far from the truth, because the moment you put in an application or contract; that is when our job begins.

That's right one more deal done. Found two roommates an apartment, one a non US citizen. Though I do apartment sells, I also do commercial rentals and sales and house sales. So whatever real estate needs you have, don't hesitate to give me a call.

That's right everyone, closed two deals one for three roommates who are not in New York, but are all over the country and moving to New York on August 20th. The second a four bedroom apartment for client who will be attending school in New York. So yeah friends and family onward and upward from here.

That's right I got my Guyana client approved for an apartment in Fort Green. This one was hard with things changing every five minutes, but I stuck with it. Thank you Lord, didn't know when this one would come.
