The Rent Guidelines Board has voted for increases on rent-stabilized apartments up to 1.5 percent for one-year leases and 2.5 percent for two-year leases

Wow...This is a big development for Greenpoint. Brooklyn waterfront continues to launch new projects.

On the site immediately south of the former Greenpoint Terminal Market, which was destroyed in a massive fire in 2006, three high-rise buildings are planned, containing hundreds of apartments.
