Years of poor maintenance by the previous homeowner left this garage with extensive rot and serious structural damage. By the time the new homeowner purchased the property, nearly 75% of the sill (bottom) plate had deteriorated, putting the garage at risk of structural failure.

Fortunately, she hired Tamay Enterprises to rescue it before it was too late.

Here’s what we completed:
✅ Removed all damaged wood siding
✅ Replaced the damaged sheathing and installed new Tyvek house wrap
✅ Installed new wood siding
✅ Added a new exterior door
✅ Replaced the motion sensor light
✅ Primed and painted the entire garage
✅ Rebuilt approximately 75% of the deteriorated sill plate, restoring the garage’s structural integrity

This wasn’t just a renovation—it was a structural rescue that gave this garage a second life.

Another transformation completed by Tamay Enterprises Inc. 🔨✨

We removed an aging pressure-treated deck and replaced it with a beautiful Trex® composite deck that’s virtually maintenance-free and built to last 25+ years.

This project also included:
✅ New PVC post sleeves for a clean, elegant finish
✅ Beautiful PVC railing installation on the flat roof
✅ Removal of old copper gutters that had failed and were causing leaks
✅ New gutter system for improved drainage and long-term protection
