Our team walks you through a collector’s home in the sky, designed by as a sequence of distinct, carefully composed spaces.

Emil Humbert and Christophe Poyet bring generations of French design into conversation with Jean Nouvel’s sculptural architecture, from a grand living room with sweeping views of Central Park to a primary suite framed by sunset views over the city.

Bespoke furnishings, artisanal finishes, and curated works of art from fill the secondary bedrooms and corridors throughout. The kitchen is appointed with Miele and Sub-Zero appliances, reflecting the same exacting attention to detail found throughout the home. Together, these elements shape a residence that balances intimacy with an uncompromising focus on proportion, material, and craft.
