Manhattan's real estate market is on the rise! 📈 Last week, there was a notable 7% increase in the number of condo and co-op contracts signed, totaling 273 contracts. This marks the highest number of signed contracts since May 2023, indicating a strong resurgence in the market. What's even more encouraging is that twelve out of the twenty categories tracked by Corcoran reported year-over-year increases in contract activity exceeding 10%, pointing towards a broad-based recovery.

One of the standout highlights from the week was the sale of the top contract at Jardim (527 West 27th Street) PHA, which was listed for $17.995 million. This sale not only underscores the strong demand for luxury properties but also signifies the success of Jardim as it is now completely sold out.

When culture meets pop culture 🌟 Beyoncé's highly anticipated country album, Cowboy Carter, is making waves in more ways than one. In a unique promotion, iconic NYC landmarks like the Whitney, the New Museum, and the Guggenheim were lit up with images of Queen Bey in a red-white-and-blue cowgirl getup, holding an American flag while riding a white horse. Even the Metronome and screens in Italian train stations got in on the action!

The Guggenheim received a special message: "This ain’t a country album. This is a ‘Beyoncé’ album," along with the album's name and release date. While the museum clarified they weren't informed or authorized this activation, they did invite everyone, including Beyoncé and her fans, to visit May 16–20 for projections by artist Jenny Holzer.

Team Beyoncé hasn't officially taken credit for the light-up treatment or explained why these buildings were chosen, but we do know Beyoncé is a huge art enthusiast. From shooting videos in the Louvre to paying homage to Frida Kahlo, Beyoncé's love for art shines through in her music and beyond.

Who else out there is curious about what this album has in store? Who knows, maybe we'll see some Beyoncé-inspired listings hitting the market soon! 🎶🏠
