Yall know I don’t miss a rainy day plate 😂🌧️ Had to hop in the car (not the bike, not today) and pull up to Fine Fair on Jamaica Ave during one of these monsoons we keep getting lately. The deli counter guys never miss.

Got the rotisserie chicken — whole bird for $10, super flavorful, little salty if that’s not your thing but we were NOT complaining. Tostones for $6, fries for $6, fed the whole crew.

Went back another day, no chicken left but they had pork ribs ($8/lb, we got 1.6lb for about $13) and my goodness. Succulent, no crazy sauce, just straight flavor. Four of us ate off one order and still wanted more.

And don’t get me started on the coffee ☕️ $1.50 a cup and it’s been the best in Woodhaven since I moved here in 2020. Real talk.

192 Hale Ave is PENDING. 🎉

Everybody said it couldn’t be done with tenants in place. That wasn’t the case.

The owners were incredibly cooperative through the whole process. The tenants were fantastic, making their space available for showings whenever they could. Dawn Acevedo and the team put in the work to get this fully signed and moving toward mortgage. And a shoutout to the buyer for being part of a seamless process from start to finish.

Excited for everyone involved. Onto the next one.
