Founded in 2016 we began investing as silent partners in Conneticut a few years ago. And like many first time investors it is sometimes scary to " take the plunge" and invest in your own projects. There are many fast moving pieces to a deal and its structure and for a newbie it could be very scary and gut wrenching when thousand of dollars are at stake. After doing a number of deals as silent partners we began to focus on structuring our own deals as active partners. From finding the lawyers, the deal, Hard loan, contractors, title companies and etc we began to do it all thus keeping 100% of the profit. We are dedicated to the purchase of real estate properties for rehab, rental, or simply at a discounted price. We purchase properties from realtors, homeowners or asset manager in "As-is" condition and with flexible closing in order to provide you with a quicker way to sell real estate.
