The reality is that today’s buyers are making different calculations than they were a few years ago.
With limited inventory, strong competition, and home prices remaining high, many buyers are taking a closer look at issues that once would have been automatic dealbreakers.

It means understanding them.
Not every issue has the same impact on a home’s value, livability, or future costs.
A wet basement caused by poor drainage is different from a major foundation problem.
An aging roof is different from a roof that’s actively failing.
