One last college move-in is officially in the books. 🥹

We drove up to Burlington Friday and moved our son into Champlain Saturday morning for his final semester.

There was definitely something a little bittersweet about this one. After all the packing, unpacking and doing it all over again, our extended empty-nester era continues…

But that very empty car on the drive home did present an opportunity.

Another Greenfield Hill chapter begins.

We’re happy to share that 4041 Redding Road in Greenfield Hill, Fairfield, CT has sold for $1,400,000.

It was our privilege to represent the seller and be closely involved from the early preparation and positioning of the home through marketing, negotiation and closing. For us, representing a seller is about much more than putting a home on the market, it’s about thoughtful strategy, personal attention and being there from start to finish.

Some homes are simply worth the wait.

We’re so happy for our buyers, a local family who recently closed on their beautiful new home in Greenfield Hill, Fairfield, CT.

From the moment they found this home, they knew it was special. Tucked away on a Greenfield Hill cul-de-sac, with beautiful grounds, a pool and pool house, and a layout that works wonderfully for multi-generational living, it offered the space and setting they had been looking for.

The sellers needed a longer closing timeline, and our buyers were willing to be patient for the right home. Throughout the process, we were there to advocate for them, keep communication moving, navigate the inevitable details and challenges, and work collaboratively with everyone involved to get them successfully to the closing table.
