Inspector Ed Home Inspections Inc Real estate home inspection I entered the home inspection business to try to assist people that are unfamiliar with the problems associated with many houses.

Often, buyers look at a potential house and they tend to focus only on the surface and whether the house is big enough to suit their needs. They also look at the cost and sometimes "the great deal" ends up not being such a deal after all, due to unseen problems. Not the best drain pipe. It will work for a shorty while longer. B U T These pipes are more prone to leaks. Inspector Ed suggests hard PVC pipe or brass. But PVC is easier to work with..

Online there are alot of tools to help you have a better understanding of the property you may want to purchase..
One potential Red flag.... Brought a few months ago and looks totally different.. was there permits... Look for the purchase history on the listing.
